Website Design

+ What will my website be built on?

All of our websites are built on Squarespace. A fully managed platform, you have all of the tools to grow your business online. Squarespace facilitates beautiful, clean design whilst also offering a simple, user-friendly interface - we love it! Click here to find out more.

+ Do I need a domain and hosting?

As with all websites, you must factor in the cost of hosting, domains, themes, apps, plugins, custom domains, and removing third-party ads. This is why we love Squarespace, unlike Wordpress or other platforms where everything is purchased separately, Squarespace package your domain, hosting, customer support, and continued improvements into a single monthly or annual payment.

You can find Squarespace's pricing here - if you decide to work with Ember 29, you will also benefit from 20% discount on annual subscriptions. We always advise our clients to choose either the Business or Basic Commerce Plan.

+ Should i book in advance?

We book our calendar out in advance and so if you are looking to start a project, please get in touch as soon as possible. We take on 1 website design projects per month, get in touch to book your spot!

+ Do you offer payment plans?

Once you have decided on a package, we will give you access to your client portal where you will be able to sign our digital contract and access your invoice. We require 50% upfront in order to secure your project in our calendar, 25% half way through the project and 25% upon completion of the project. This allows you to spread the cost out over the course of our work together!

+ Will you write our copy?

We do not offer a copywriting service, we are only in charge of the design and build of the website. You will need to have your copy ready to go before the build commences.

+ Do you offer SEO?

Although we offer basic on-page SEO, we are not experts. We suggest hiring a professional digital marketing agency in your field to ensure you get the best results.

+ Do you work internationally?

Yes! We have worked with clients around the globe and love meeting new people!

Branding Design

+ Do you offer "just a logo"?

In short, no. We take a thoughtful and holistic approach to branding and so designing a single logo does not align with our beliefs. We believe that your branding identity should extend to a range of visual tools, including but not limited to, primary logo, secondary logo, sub marks, colour palettes, typography and more.

+ Can you build on my existing logo?

We have crafted a thoughtful and holistic branding process which includes an exploration into your business, curating a brand strategy and working with you to create a brand that truly reflects your business. Working with your existing logo limits this process and so unfortunately, we cannot work with existing logo designs.

+ should i book in advance?
